ABOUT US

When Josh Simpson, first accepted a position as mechanic at his in-law's shop, he never dreamed that his new "hobby" would become a passion.  In 2016, Josh was offered and accepted a mechanic position at Coomes' Service Center in Bardstown.  he worked alongside his father and brother-in-law, taking in all of the knowledge they could provide.  In 2019, Josh took a position as an apprentice mechanic at Franklin Family Auto in Bardstown.  After completing his training, he continued his work at Franklin for 18 months.  He returned to Coomes' and his growth mindset continued.  After many prayers, Josh was afforded the opportunity to open his own auto repair shop and serve the community he loves.  On February 1, 2022, Unashamed Auto opened its doors.
